A Veneer is a thin shell of durable porcelain that fits over the front and tip of a tooth. Each veneer is custom-created based on an impression taken of the patient’s mouth and bite. 

With veneers, too-short teeth can be lengthened. If a person thinks the shapes of their teeth are unattractive, that can be remedied, too. Also, a badly discolored tooth can be concealed behind a nice, white veneer. Even moderate misalignment can be corrected with veneers.
